Works great and syncs easy
Replaced an old smart lock that stopped working with this because it works with myQ. So far the only issue we had was for a short period of time it would only open from the outside if you lifted the handle instead of pushing it down. I think something was just stuck because it is working fine now. Tech support and video for installation was great.

Each door lock Requires its own hub
Works well however if you want wifi connection you need to purchase a hub. 3 stars because only one door lock can be connected to hub, so each lock requires its own hub....ridiculous or a manufacture plan to sell more hubs.

Works great. Hub must be within 10 feet of lock for Wi-Fi to work.
Does what it claims to do. Great MyQ integration. Pricey but supported by two solid brand names. Excellent, fast customer support. Installation required a bit of adjustment to my particular door. I had to fiddle with the locking pin for keypad side lever installation which would not retract. Fortunately my “Macgyver” skills came to the rescue and I was able to complete the installation. maybe a defect or maybe I missed something in the installation instructions despite my reading them several times. Setup was fairly simple, just follow the instructions and don’t forget to push the check mark button after entering the access code in order to unlock (don’t ask why I point this out - facepalm). Had trouble setting it up to work with Wi-Fi despite having several othe MyQ devices working properly on my network. After speaking with customer support it turns out that the hub must be within 10 feet of the lock for Wi-Fi to work. Instructions simply state that they must be within Bluetooth range which I normally consider to be approximately 30 feet. Once I moved my hub, Wi-Fi setup was successful. Fortunately, my other devices were still within range. MyQ supports multiple hubs on the same network so it might be worth considering an additional hub when buying this lock. Overall satisfied with my purchase.

Dedicated hub is required FOR EACH lock to control them through the Internet
The hardware side is good, it was easy to replace with the original deadbolt. The difficult part was the software side. The steps to add the lock to existent myQ account was a bit fragile. As other people wrote here, you should to prepare new batteries and follow the steps very carefully. I needed to close the battery lid to succeed the ste (and it wasn't directed in the instruction, but some YouTube videos do so, then I tried). Also there is note to install multiple locks. You need "myQ Chamberlain Smart Garage Control" for each lock. It's unbeliebable, but yes. I tried to install two locks for the garage door and the main entrance. I've previous installed smart garage controller that works with myQ app, so we also have a hub that allows accessing them through the Internet. My original plan was to controll all locks through the hub. However, when I complete the installation of the 2nd lock, the 1st lock lost connection with the hub. The screenshot indicate that. I retried entire pairng steps with the 1st lock, then the 2nd lock lost the connection with the hub. Yes you need the hub for each lock to control them through the Internet, I confirmed that with their onlien support. Fortunately the hub is about $30, also I found secondhand that worked perfectly at $12.

Does exactly what it is supposed to do
Sharp Appearance, Well-Built, Great Features, and the directions are easy to follow. This is a great solution for the door that leads from the garage into the house. This lock is NOT for a home's outside entry door into the home. It works GREAT with the MyQ garage door hub And the Amazon KEY program. This device will LOCK the door when Amazon delivers a package by opening the garage door through their KEY service. When Amazon opens the garage door, this Lock will engage thereby preventing entry to your home. Also, you can set a personal PIN for each member of your family so you know who is unlocking the door and when it is unlocked - You can set up an alert to receive a push notification to your mobile device when the device Locks and Unlocks. It's Worth Every Penny.

works great so far
I installed this lock along with the hub. Install was pretty simple. The lock seems well made. It's pretty heavy. Works with MyQ app and that's what I was looking for since my 2 overhead doors use the same app. I wish it didn't require a hub. That seems kinda dumb to me for something that's suppose to be smart. Putting it to the test ... If hubby can operate it, it passes inspection, and he got in this morning!

Nice looking lock
I recently moved into a house that had a myQ garage door opener. Liked the fact that I could open or close my garage door from anywhere and get real-time notifications upon activity. Then I found this Yale Liftmaster door deadbolt that also has built in myQ compatibility. But does it really? Yes it synced to the same myQ app. Worked great while testing during installation. The big difference is that I can open, close and check the current status of my garage door from anywhere. The Yale Liftmaster lock can NOT open, close or be able to see the current state of the lock unless you are at home connected to the same network. The company states they offer an add on device that gives this lock the ability to use the lock while outside the network it was paired to, but it wasn’t available during the 30 days I had the lock.

Works well but beware if you need a bigger hole to install
This lock works very well. However the lock that I replaced used a smaller hole in the door. This required me to get a metal hole saw 2 1/8" to enlarge the opening in the door so this would fit. Making this hole bigger is not easy to do even with a hole saw. Trying to keep it straight is a challenge. Check your lock hole size before you buy. Also, the price of this was quite high. I bought this one because it pairs with MyQ. This isn't really useful though since you can't assign temporary codes with the app :(
